YAHOOO! I’m coming down the home stretch on my little Sassy girl….
I just have a few more touches to finish out….her left ear, area under her chin, and the tags on her collar. Then I’ll take a look at the all over values and make any needed corrections. Please do be aware that computer screens in general do a lousy job of showing you the true colors. This computer image of Sassy (at least on my screen) is leaving the reds in her looking a little choppy and brassy. The painting is much softer. Next post will be the finish line and next up will be a frisky little schnauzer named Buster! Happy painting y’all!
Sassy is so gorgeous! I’ve been so thrilled to see this work in progress. I know what you mean about computer screens. Sometimes our scanners or cameras change the color cast as well. But either way, your art (and your sweet dog) are beautiful!
