REFUNDS – DIGITAL GOODS

Due to the digital nature of my courses, I cannot offer any refunds on courses, but if you have a problem with your course purchase please reach out through my contact page.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – SUBSCRIPTIONS

I offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you decide to cancel during your first month of subscription. To request a refund, go to my contact page and submit an email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, login to your account and access your subscription via the your account area in the Dashboard. No refunds will be made for any subscription fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.

The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
Please note, it is your responsibility to make sure that you cancel your account in good time if you no longer wish to be a subscriber and do not wish to be billed again.

Refunds-Pet Portraits and commissioned paintings

No refunds are given on any type of custom work. Upon completion of the work, you will be sent a high resolution photo. If the photo does not meet your exceptions or you are unhappy with it in anyway, you may refuse purchase of the painting at that time. The painting will then be offered for sale on my website. If you approved the painting, payment is due before shipment or upon delivery if you live within the delivery area (Apollo Beach, Florida and surrounding areas usually within 100 miles).

All paintings that are shipped will be properly packaged and insured. If the painting is damaged in transit, you have the option of either a requesting a new painting or cancelling the commission. You must return the damaged painting (at your cost) to me to be considered for either a refund or a replacement painting. Once I have received the painting, a full refund (including your shipping cost) will be sent. If you opted for a replacement painting, the work will begin once I receive the damaged painting. A credit for the shipping cost incurred by you the purchaser will be issued and deducted from the cost of the replacement painting. I have the right to refuse refunds if the shipping company will not cover the damages due to neglect or mishandling on your part. In other words, if it is determined that you, the purchaser, are responsible for the damages no refund or replacement will be given.

Non Commissioned paintings and other items

No refunds are given on non commissioned paintings or other items available for purchase through me Debbie Goode or GoodeStudio.. The only exception is if your purchased item is damaged during shipment. If you receive damaged goods, please reach out through my contact page to request a refund. All items are insured and the damaged item must be returned to me Debbie Goode or GoodeStudio at your cost to be considered for a full refund including your shipping cost. I have the right to refuse refunds if the shipping company will not cover the damages due to neglect or mishandling on your part. In other words, if it is determined that you, the purchaser, are responsible for the damages no refund or replacement will be given.
