Let it fly away (Birdcage)

This little bird has flown away.  We all feel that need to escape from time to time and this beautiful mix media painting captures that sentiment.  This is a 4 inch by 4 inch wood panel with a 3/4 inch cradle.  You see an ornate cage and a small bird perched above…..free at last.  Adorned with bits and pieces of magical euphoria, including a soft and delicate silk ribbon.  The sides are finished so it may be hung with or without a frame.  Comes with a mini easel so may also be displayed on a tabletop.
